Integration of an
Telephone system with an AI telephone assistant for automated conversation
Problem
Mr. K. was regularly on construction sites, but also had to answer calls in parallel, often for simple queries about products, prices or availability. Many of these concerns could actually have been taken over by sales or support. The constant interruption was not only frustrating, but blocked his capacities for the actual work.
Solution
We installed an intelligent telephone system and integrated the voice assistant Fonio. This can take incoming calls and handle simple requests directly and independently. For more complex topics, Fonio automatically recognizes the facts and forwards the conversation to the responsible department. Fully automated and without manual intervention.
Result
The introduction of automation solutions led to a reduction in administrative effort by about 30%. The team at Lara Future DK can now focus more on the core competencies – advising and installing photovoltaic systems while offering improved customer service.
